The Apatite Crystal Mandala Watercolor Print forms part of my Crystal Mandala Series that I was inspired to work upon. These differ from the regular prints as they are watercolor art.
Apatite Crystal Mandala Watercolor
Apatite is commonly known to support those who want to lose weight and it can help to bring mindfulness around what we eat. But, Apatite shared with me that it can do so much more than that. To me, Apatite has always spoken about consumption mindfulness on all levels, everything you invite in: people, energy, food, drink, media scrolling, TV shows, etc.
It’s no surprise then that the affirmation for the Apatite Mandala is: “It’s time to be mindful.”
We are exposed to so much on a daily basis in all the spaces we occupy. Sometimes it can be enriching for the soul to turn off the program for just a moment and ask yourself if this serves you in any way. Bring a little mindfulness into all the doors you have open for consumption, and if you’re open to it, you may just learn something you didn’t know before.
Regularly ask yourself if what you are consuming is actually serving you, bringing happiness and joy, enriching your experience in some way, educating you, supporting your goals, challenging you to think out the box.

Meditate with your mandala in front of you while holding onto a piece of Apatite. Connect with its energy, see your energy surrounding your Apatite and allow Apatite to surround your body and sink into your heart. Visualise that.
When you’re ready, take 3 deep breaths: each time inhale mindfulness and exhale restrictions. Then ask Apatite where can you be more mindful in your life and what are you consuming that isn’t serving your life. Allow whatever surfaces to come up, don’t judge it as your task here is to witness only. If nothing comes up at first, sit in that space and allow that. Nothing may surface the first time during meditation but something may surface a few days later or the next time you meditate. After your meditation, remember to journal your experience to reflect upon and think about how you can implement more mindfulness in your life. No judgement, do this from a space of love for yourself.
What the Crystal Mandalas Are About & How to Use Them
The Mandalas in the Crystal Mandala series are different from any of my previous Mandalas. The featured the crystal I used while channeling for the mandala. The watercolors are also from the colours of the crystal itself.
How to use the Crystal Mandalas
- If you have an actual stone of the specific crystal featured in one of these mandalas, grab it, energetically clear or cleanse it and meditate with it for 10-15 minutes. Take notice of what comes up for you and journal about it afterwards. Glue your mandala in your journal if you’d like.
- Print a smaller sized mandala and use it in your sacred space or place it upon your altar. Keeping the mandala in your space reminds you of the energy you are calling into your life and on your journey. It can keep you inspired, motivated and on track.
- Use it to create a crystal grid with or without corresponding crystals.
