The Crystal Mandala Watercolor Scolecite Print forms part of my Crystal Mandala Series that I was inspired to work upon. These differ from the regular prints as they are watercolor art.
Crystal Mandala Watercolor – Scolecite
I bought this tumbled stone many moons ago and it had always been in my collection waiting for me to work with it. It wasn’t until early 2022 that I started working with it. I had known I wanted to draw it but then I went through a quiet period where I was feeling uninspired to draw, and yet Scolecite waited patiently.
Scolecite brings the message of: “Make space for and welcome peace into your life.”
When I started meditating with my stone, I remember sitting outside and all I heard was “when last did you welcome peace into your life?” I was so dumbfounded by this question that I didn’t have an answer at the time. I still don’t if I’m honest.
We’re always working and advocating for peace, wanting world peace but are we truly making space for peace and welcoming it into our own lives? Take a moment and ask yourself that quickly. We need to make space for peace and welcome it into our lives, otherwise it’s all just grand words.
Take some time to meditate with your mandala before gluing it into your journal. Afterwards set about 30 minutes to journal and prepare your space so that it carries a peaceful vibration. Put on peaceful music, make it comfortable, burn some calming incense such as lavender and put on some comfortable clothes. Journal about peace: what it means to you, how you welcome peace into your own life and where you can possibly make space to allow peace to enter your own life, what triggers you to feel unpeaceful and how can you work with that. Dig deep but also offer yourself some action steps to allow peace into your life. Let it come intuitively to you and if nothing comes up, take a break to try again in a few days later. Sometimes you need time to integrate what comes up before inspiration comes. Don’t be afraid of not knowing at the time.
The Tumble featured in this mandala is actually Pink Scolecite from Step Into Your Light based in South Africa. It caught my eye in a sale they had and I decided to grab it for myself. Shop for tumbled pink scolecite on their website.
What the Crystal Mandalas Are About & How to Use Them
The Mandalas in the Crystal Mandala series are different from any of my previous Mandalas. The featured the crystal I used while channeling for the mandala. The watercolors are also from the colours of the crystal itself.
How to use the Crystal Mandalas
- If you have an actual stone of the specific crystal featured in one of these mandalas, grab it, energetically clear or cleanse it and meditate with it for 10-15 minutes. Take notice of what comes up for you and journal about it afterwards. Glue your mandala in your journal if you’d like.
- Print a smaller sized mandala and use it in your sacred space or place it upon your altar. Keeping the mandala in your space reminds you of the energy you are calling into your life and on your journey. It can keep you inspired, motivated and on track.
- Use it to create a crystal grid with or without corresponding crystals.
