The Crystal Mandala Watercolor Amethyst Elestial forms part of the Crystal Mandala Series that I was inspired to work upon. However, these are slightly different because they feature some watercolor art.
Crystal Mandala Watercolor – Amethyst Elestial
Amethyst Elestial’s Soar was a labour of pure love. I loved doing this design. When I meditated with this stone and received the image to create a butterfly from it, I had no idea how I’d do it. The sketch begun as a side-view of the butterfly taking flight but as I began working on the digital page, I realised that I wanted to create it with both wings open.
Sometimes things look so intimidating and you don’t know what’s going to happen but you need to take flight and soar. Maybe more so when you think you can’t. The message Amethyst Elestial bring is:
“Soar. Take flight my love.”
Amethyst known as the stone of sobriety is meant to be great support from those who are on a journey of sobriety. That’s always seemed very narrow to me because one can be addicted to many things, even negative thought patterns. Amethyst can help bring light to those unhealthy patterns and support you to begin breaking them, whatever your journey may be for that.
Also a great stone for connecting to your intuition and enhancing that “muscle”.
I was never a fan of Amethyst before. I’ve learnt that once you find an Amethyst that speaks to you, you’re going to fall in love. Each bringing a new message or lesson.
Mandala Tip: print this mandala and put in your space, tape it to your wall or anywhere you’ll see it often. When you are working on pushing through your fear it will remind you that you may just soar!
What the Crystal Mandalas Are About & How to Use Them
The Mandalas in the Crystal Mandala series are different from any of my previous Mandalas. The featured the crystal I used while channeling for the mandala. The watercolors are also from the colours of the crystal itself.
How to use the Crystal Mandalas
- If you have an actual stone of the specific crystal featured in one of these mandalas, grab it, energetically clear or cleanse it and meditate with it for 10-15 minutes. Take notice of what comes up for you and journal about it afterwards. Glue your mandala in your journal if you’d like.
- Print a smaller sized mandala and use it in your sacred space or place it upon your altar. Keeping the mandala in your space reminds you of the energy you are calling into your life and on your journey. It can keep you inspired, motivated and on track.
- Use it to create a crystal grid with or without corresponding crystals. While this one may be particular difficult to use as a grid, you could indeed create an intuitive grid with it.
