Ready for Monday Motivation Week 10 that was previously only shared on my Facebook page? I’ve decided to also share these on my blog for you to enjoy and here you go:
Why do we keep people on our social media accounts who bring us down? Do we have to? Fuck no!
If going through your Facebook or Instagram gives you dread because someone is always negative, unfollow or unfriend them.
You don’t have to keep everyone around because everyone else does that or because it’s the “right” and nicer thing to do.
It’s your online space. Keep who you want to stay in contact with and leave the rest.
I always say that if you won’t let that person into your house or greet them in real life, then why keep them on your Social Media if they’re not enriching your feed.
