I began working with Green Aventurine while I was awaiting to receive my new eye glasses. Green Aventurine carries this incredibly healing vibration to me.

Green Aventurine carries this incredibly healing vibration for me. It’s a great crystal for your Heart Chakra so whether you need support during physical healing or emotional healing, Green Aventurine is a great option. Green Aventurine supports you to heal and nurture blocks or wounds that keep coming up. It asks you to have a softness for what you thought you “should” have already healed by now.

There is so much being thrown at us about the way we should live, how to be healthier or thinner, how your cycles should sync with the moon and look this way if you’re a woman, etc. It puts a lot of pressure on the body and mind. If you’re not careful, you begin to live like you’re sick when maybe you’re just normal for you. You’re healing every day, so let Green Aventurine carry this energy for you and allow you to not succumb to unnecessary pressures. Live and grow.

The Mandalas in the Crystal Mandala series are different from any of my previous Mandalas. The featured the crystal I used while channeling for the mandala. The watercolors are also from the colours of the crystal itself.

How to use the Crystal Mandalas

• If you have an actual stone of the specific crystal featured in one of these mandalas, grab it, energetically clear or cleanse it and meditate with it for 10-15 minutes. Take notice of what comes up for you and journal about it afterwards. Glue your mandala in your journal if you’d like.
• Print a smaller sized mandala and use it in your sacred space or place it upon your altar. Keeping the mandala in your space reminds you of the energy you are calling into your life and on your journey. It can keep you inspired, motivated and on track.
• Use it to create a crystal grid with or without corresponding crystals.
