Are you ready for Monday Motivation Week 23? This is my motivation for this week so let’s get those motivation vibes going!

Monday Motivation Week 23

So you know how you are the best friend to all your friends?
How you are always there for them when they need a shoulder to cry on or someone to witness their achievements?

Do you do that for yourself? Are you as good of a friend to YOURSELF, as you are to all your friends (and even your family)?
Seriously, take a moment to think about this and answer yourself honestly?

If you aren’t that’s okay because guess what, starting today or now, you can be there for yourself and you CAN be your own best friend.

Have your back!
Stand in your corner shouting and cheering!
Hug yourself when you’re sad!
Laugh at yourself when you do silly shit because you are funny as hell man!
Drink a glass of champers when you achieve something big AND drink a glass when you achieve something small!
Tell yourself how amazing you are in the mirror OR your phone camera’s selfie mode, NOW!
Lastly, like you love your best friends, tell yourself that you love yourself today and that you are choosing to do that today.

THAT is my motivation for this week! To have my back and be a better friend to myself!
