The Throat Chakra is all about communication and expression of our own truth. While we need to go into our heart to figure out what is our own truth, express that and not hold things in; we also need to communicate with love. Too easily do we just react and answer instead of answering with love. This Throat Chakra Mandala Coloring Page asks you to explore how you communicate and express yourself.
