About the Root Chakra Mandala Coloring Page

The Root Chakra is the foundation of our Chakras and it’s often the most neglected Chakra because it’s more fun to deal with the spiritual aspects than the physical human aspects of this life.
This Root Chakra Mandala Coloring Page asks you to explore your foundation of yourself and life: where do you feel safe and secure? Are you just enduring and not flowing? Where are you not present and in your body? It asks you to spend time outdoors, in nature and to be present here right now. It asks you to build a stable foundation to hold yourself upon.

Complementary Crystals for the Mandala
