Crystal Mandala Coloring Page – Indigo Gabbro
To date, Indigo Gabbro has been the most challenging crystal to draw in this series. I continually felt like I wasn’t getting it right and I struggled with creative block anytime I sat down to meditate with this stone. Ironic when you look at the message Indigo Gabbro brings:
“Your imagination is your limit.”
What a lesson in that! Indigo Gabbro shows me holding the world in your hand and it will show you the world if you open your imagination, because that is what can hold us back at times. Sometimes we get so focused on how things should look that we don’t widen our gaze and see the whole picture with wonder.
Indigo Gabbro, also referred to as Mystic Merlinite, tells you to follow your heart and helps to ground your spirituality into your daily life. It can bring up your shadow side so that you have more awareness around those shadows and can begin to let them go. It brings strength and courage, and helps you see opportunities around you.
If Indigo Gabbro calls to you and your local crystal shop doesn’t have any available, I bought my tumbled stone from Peace Love Meditate in Cape Town. This was the only place in South Africa I could find these beauties.
Mandala Tip: print this mandala and think about what you desire that brings you joy! Challenge yourself to widen your gaze so as to open up to the opportunities around you that you may have never noticed before! Alternatively, use it as template for a crystal grid when you are struggling with artist’s block.
What the Crystal Mandalas Are About & How to Use Them
The Mandalas in the Crystal Mandala series are different from any of my previous Mandalas because in the center is a photo of the crystal I used. This is the very crystal I worked with while channeling.
How to use the Crystal Mandalas
If you have an actual stone of the specific crystal featured in one of these mandalas, grab it, energetically clear or cleanse it and meditate with it for 10-15 minutes.
After your meditation, and with your printed copy of the mandala, begin to color. You can use any colours you wish and don’t overthink which colour to use. Just color! You can be very intentional and use similar shades of the featured crystal or you can choose your colors intuitively.
You don’t need to print an A4 copy of the mandala, you can print it smaller and then use your printed copy in your sacred space or upon your altar. Keeping the mandala in your space, is there to remind you of the energy you are calling into your life and on your journey.
If you didn’t have the specific stone in your collection, print your mandala and meditate with it, with the intention to allow the engaging vibrations to envelope and mix with your aura. Perhaps you’ll receive a message from the mandala and crystal.
Another way to use these mandalas is to create a crystal grid with the printed mandala.
